BBRG requires that a Release Agreement be signed when you rent a vacation home with a hot tub, even if you don't intend to use it. Rules regarding hot tub use are required to be followed by everyone in the party. The use of the hot tub is solely at your own risk and if an equipment problem occurs, we will do our utmost to repair it but parts may not be available. No refunds will be granted because of equipment failure. If the tub is left excessively dirty upon departure, a change of water may be necessary for which the guest responsible will be charged.
