This is a true Golfer's vacation delight! This home is spacious 2,065 square feet with sweeping views of Big Meadow's 6th fairway from both the Living and Family room areas. Enjoy the private hot tub and expansive deck. It's a short walk or bike ride to the Lodge Recreation area.

MAIN FLOOR | The Front Entry opens to a light and bright large kitchen that opens to both the Dining and Family room. The kitchen includes updated appliances, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast bar. There is a panty for your food items and a separate wet bar area. The dining room is open to the Family room and kitchen. The dining room table seats six people with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. The living area features cozy furniture and amazing views of the golf course. Both the Family room and Living room share a double-sided Stone Fireplace. The south wing of the home has a large King bedroom with an attached bathroom featuring a jetted tub and over-sized separate shower. Across the hall is a bedroom with two Twin beds and a bedroom with a Queen bed. These rooms share a Full bathroom in the hallway. There is a half bathroom off the dining room and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A large garage will hold all your bikes and golf equipment.
UPPER LEVEL | Up the gradual staircase, you will find a loft with two open rooms. The first room has two Twin beds and is attached to the next bedroom with two Queen beds. You will have lots of privacy with the large barn doors that close at night to block noise from below.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | This property requires a minimum stay of 2 and 3 nights. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

We came here for a wedding and this condo was perfect. It was clean, on the golf course and we had great weather so a definite plus! We had a rental car and they have a parking lot right in front of the buildings so very convenient. Loved the view of the mountains from the bedroom window and kitchen deck. We would stay here again for sure. Bringing our daughter and son-in-law next time we come. They would love it!

Location is great - very quiet, right on the golf course. House is much bigger than expected with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings are dated, but felt clean overall. Hot tub is new and very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Golf Home 094. It offered more space than we anticipated and it was in a quiet area. The loft offered room for our older kids to have their own space. We appreciated all of the game options as we played many of them. And the big kitchen/dining area was great for family meals.

Specifically the living room furniture, throw pillows and the bedding on the beds and throw blankets. They just all felt very used. "

Nice home, very well equipped and clean. However it is in need of updating and due to the fact that it is already dark that didn’t help. They left kindling for one fire but wouldn’t have been able to make anymore fires without purchasing kindling.

THIS HOME IS RUSTIC, WARM, COMFORTABLE WITH A LOT OF FLAT AROUND IT RIGHT ON THE GOLF COURSE. THE LOCATION IS A BLOCK AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE GATE GIVING YOU QUICK ACCESS TO THE POOLS, LODGE, LAKE AND OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, GREAT FAMILY PLACE.

We stayed at GH94 for three days in late March to ski and play around Sisters, OR. The house was great - large, clean, and entirely as advertised. The house can accommodate a large group, with beds for 10. The loft (which sleeps 4) seems best designed for teens and younger, given the smaller beds. The kitchen has everything a person needs to make adventurous meals - nothing is missing. Our only (brief) challenge was getting the hot tub up to temperature - a quick phone call got us the info we needed. We would definitely return if we were looking for a place to stay in the Black Butte/Sisters area.

We had another great. Vacation at Black Buttte while staying at Golf Home #094. The house was clean and in great shape. This 4 bedroom home fits our families needs perfectly and the location close to the golf course works well for all of us. The only minor inconvience we had was the DVD in the family room was not working but we were able to bring the one from upstairs down to replace it. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was advertised for sleeps 12 and perfect for golf outing. However most golfers are guys and there were only 8 beds and 12 golfers who did not want to share beds.
The house we rented was perfect for our family. The place was in great condition and ideal location. A very good vacation for the whole family.
