Golf Home 13 is the large group or family’s ideal lodging for a Black Butte Ranch vacation.
It is a reverse living open house with the utility room and two rooms with a queen plus double bed downstairs, and another room with only a queen. There are 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor. In addition to being plenty large, all the bedrooms have a vanity with a sink.
Up the stairs you land in the spacious living room with a flat screen television, and a wood-burning fireplace. This level has an open floor plan with the dining and kitchen area to your left. The table seats 8 with 4 bar seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough extras to keep your chef very happy. You can reach the deck through the kitchen, the living room, or either upstairs bedroom, and the deck wraps the whole backside of the house.
The sweeping view of the #7 fairway will lift the spirits of the duffers among you and give the grill master something grand to see while preparing the dinner.
The upstairs bedrooms are the king master and a queen bedroom with a full bath across the hall. Both upstairs bedrooms have a television.
This home also has a brand new hot tub!
There is high speed wi-fi throughout the house and grand views in all directions.
This home is not dog friendly!

PLEASE NOTE: VRBO charges a Service Fee for using their site to book your reservation. It is charged immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Your booking information is then passed on to Black Butte Realty Group.
PLEASE NOTE: Black Butte Ranch charges an Access Registration Fee, payable upon arrival at the Ranch Welcome Center. The fee is $9/per person/per night for anyone 7-years and older and it provides gate access to the ranch and all its facilities.

House was clean but we were disappointed that the hot tub was too soiled to use. Broken floor molding top of stairs caused foot puncture wound if wearing socks only.

The house was nice, clean & in a great location. We enjoyed the large deck & that it has so many chairs/tables. Also, the kitchen is nicely equipped. Black Butte Ranch is our favorite vacation destination!
We did not have an adequate amount of paper towels or toilet paper for our entire stay.

The home was well equipped, nicer linens than other homes we've stayed in and it was clean when we checked in (not always the case). Our group has been staying at Black Butte Ranch annually over 25 years. We will stay in this home again. Thanks!!
One thing that would make it a total 5-star is the smaller bed at the end of the hallway bedroom downstairs could be more comfortable.

We had 8 adults in the house, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. Younger crowd spent a good deal of time at the pool. Weather was perfect. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, and the host even had a couple of lights turned on and the A/C had been turned on, which made it great coming into the house.

Our only disappointment was kitchen pans. There were no pans to cook beans or pasta.. I went to a friend and borrowed two big pots. Very few kitchen towels for 12 people.

Clean up-to-date house with excellent kitchen. Extra refrigerator downstairs is a bonus. Lots of stairs to climb. Limited closet space in upper queen bedroom (need to replace useless hutch with a wardrobe from Ikea/Walmart/etc) but across the hall bath isn't inconvenient.

This was by far one of the best home's my family and I have stayed at. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was exceptionally stocked, we lacked for nothing. Living space was lovely and allowed us all to visit together. Great puzzle table, we finished 2 puzzles. Home was very clean.

We loved this house. There were going to be 7 of us staying here and it would have had more than enough room. It turned out only 3 of us could make it and we just used the 2 upstairs rooms. We were all extremely comfortable. We hosted family dinners with people from other rentals and had everything we needed to cook some amazing meals and serve them on the deck or at the huge dining room table. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were fabulous! I'd love to know the brand so I can buy some.

Wonderful stay. Everything was great.
This is the second year we've stayed in GH-13 and we plan on staying in this home again next year. It's perfect for our group, is well equipped, clean and well maintained. The addition of the hot tub was a nice bonus! I would recommend to never go through VRBO and always use Black Butte Realty.
