Golf Course Condo #094

Kendra with Black Butte Realty Group was friendly, helpful and accommodating. She was easy to reach with any problems that we had. (the only problem we had was getting locked out. The Condo was great.)We really enjoyed the condo. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of linens and awesome pool towels. It was only the wife and I, so we didn't use the twin beds in the loft area. Kitchen was decently appointed with good knives and various seasonings. We grilled every night but there were was a good cast iron pan to use for breakfast. The other pans were your typical rental type stock. The main room had great windows for views, and the TV was easy to stream anything from the usual platforms. When we were actually at the condo, most of the time was spent on the patio. We didn't get hit by any errant tee shots on the 18th fairway and it was great people watching. Easy access to the Meadow Golf Course and Ryan's Pub. The only drawback was that the back door slider didn't have a screen door so flies would get in if we left it open. The cool breeze at night would have been nice. BBR facilities are top notch and a short drive to the Metolius River at Camp Sherman. Amazing river, especially by the fish hatchery. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kendra.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautifully decorated & updated 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with many pantry items, making meal prep a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was spotless upon arrival. The location was outstanding—we could watch golfers from the window - and it was a super short walk to Robert's Pub for dinner & drinks. We appreciated the comfortable living area and the deck with its spectacular view of Black Butte. In the evening deer were grazing right outside the condo's picture window. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing retreat!

This was our third visit to this wonderful condo and we plan to visit again. The layout is great for conversation, stretching out and enjoying the view. The owner knows something about comfort and great design, with beautiful artwork, textiles and natural elements making this an inviting space. The deck has an amazing view of Black Butte and snow dusted mountaintops can be seen from the primary bedroom. We had a herd of 5 deer lounging for most of one afternoon right off of the deck, what a treat! All beds and furniture are comfortable and the kitchen is very functional as well. We enjoyed everything about this condo and highly recommend it when planning a trip to BBR.

You will not regret renting this condo and we will definitely say here again! Everything was perfect form the decor to the location. Plus the views of Black Butte are amazing. We have two corgies and they also loved the condo.

This condo is a gem. Decorated with a designer's eye, it offers warmth and comfort in a space that is easy to relax in. The kitchen is well equipped and easy for prepping a quick snack or cooking a full meal. Large windows in the main area look out over a very Oregon scene, with mountains (and the imposing Black Butte), trees and water. The beds are comfy and feature hotel-quality linens. We loved all of the nods to nature throughout and the use of understated colors and textures. It was sparkling clean as well. We have rented this condo twice and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this lovely vacation rental!

We came here for a wedding and this condo was perfect. It was clean, on the golf course and we had great weather so a definite plus! We had a rental car and they have a parking lot right in front of the buildings so very convenient. Loved the view of the mountains from the bedroom window and kitchen deck. We would stay here again for sure. Bringing our daughter and son-in-law next time we come. They would love it!

This is an exquisite condo. There are so many amenities; it's a home away from home.

As advertised, it has a beautiful view of Black Butte and the golf course. We spent a lot of time out on the deck in the comfortable deck furniture watching golfers. The convenience to the golf clubhouse for some putting practice or range work was an unexpected plus. We also enjoyed happy hour at the Pub without having to drive. The bed was especially comfortable. The unit is well-furnished and homey. Enjoyed the coziness of the wood stove. We plan to stay again!
