Golf Course Condo #087

The condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

We love Black Butte Ranch and have lost count how many times we have vacationed at BBR. This is the first time we have stayed in one of the condos. The location was great and there was plenty of room for five of us plus two dogs, however all areas were not cleaned properly and there was dried blood on all layers of the bedding in the downstairs bedroom.

This was our first time at Black Butte (and in west-of-Mount-Hood Oregon) and we had a wonderful time. Kudos to the staff most importantly that we interacted with, from the check-in to the pool staff to the golf course personnel to the servers at the Bistro. They were professional, helpful, and kind in each interaction. While the condo we reserved was a bit dated and had some minor upkeep questions, we still enjoyed our time as we were outdoors 90% of the time. Thanks for a great week and a wonderful set of memories that were created.

We have stayed in this condo 4 times now and this will be our last. Condo is in a fantastic location but the quality of appliances, utensils,, linens, decor, bathrooms, etc need serious upgrading. Coffee maker was broken ( they replaced immediately), shades broken, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes in cabinets. Turns out dishwasher was completely broken so we had to hand wash all week and management made no accommodation for it other than referring to section 9 of the contract (it was section 10 ). Ken, the maintenance guy was great in trying to fix but said management and owners needed to decide whether to fix or replace. We heard nothing further from management and zero graciousness for the inconvenience of it for the week we were there.
The pluses are the location, views, fantastic deck and comfy beds. It’d be nice to have blankets and warmer covers this time of year however as there was just a thin comforter and sheets and blanket in closet barely fit a twin and not a king. Hate to give it a thumbs down for quality control but it was pretty disappointing this trip.

We had a super time. But, did not find #87 to be terribly clean. It was dusty, and probably just not tidied up for our arrival. Missing towels, etc. in the bathrooms. But, we did have a great time!

We love Black Butte. I have stayed in this unit several times and I was happy to see that the current owners have upgraded it with new carpeting and an overall refreshed look. It is probably too small for five adults, which we were on this trip. But two couples or a couple with a few children would be very happy here.

Our family of four and two dogs had a lovely stay at this Black Butte condo (more of a townhouse). Very spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, and bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels. Gorgeous morning views of the mountains. Short walk to Roberts Pub. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, with easy access to the lodge, Robert’s and bike paths! Spacious enough for two families with kids. Was wonderful to have our dog as well! Comfy furniture and cozy new carpet!! De-icer granules would be great as the deck and porch steps were wicked slippery. The house could use a deep clean (grime, bugs, cob webs and mouse poo) but overall we had a great stay and will definitely book again!

What a relaxing time we had in golf condo 87! The condo was clean, and we were able to fix 2 great dinners, as the kitchen is well equipped. Fabulous weather, and lots of golf!

Loved the location, but Housekeeping failed to inform management that the condo was missing an iron, patio chair, patio umbrella, and dishwashing and detergent tablets. Several shades did not work, and there were many large spots on the main rug. All these items were taken care of by management in a timely fashion.
Even though it was necessary to call them about 5 times, as missing items were discovered, they always responded. We would stay there again.

Wonderful cabin, very clean and well stocked! Loved being right on the golf course with stunning views of mountains from decks. We will be back!

This is an older condo, but very clean. It is right on the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains. It is close to the lodge and Hwy 20. If you are a family that needs TV's in every room and Netflix, Hulu, video games, this is not the condo for you. That is part of what I loved about it.

We had a great time. Very comfortable town home. The kitchen could use some more utensils and supplies. No cutting board, coffee grinder or a sharp knife to cut with. Otherwise all was great!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location is great, with the view of the golf course and walking distance from the pub and nature trails. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Clean property, maintenance was responsive. The only complaint was the carpet downstairs which was absolutely nasty. But with it being pet friendly property it was to be expected. It could use a good shampooing followed by steam cleaning, or better yet replacement with some laminate. The rest of the property is great and we would love to come back again.

Our family had a great first experience at BBR! We enjoyed their scenery, pools, and activities throughout the ranch.

My family has stayed and enjoyed the Ranch since I was a child. My kids love biking and all BBR adventures. This condo fit a family of 5 comfortably. Small living space, but who needs to be inside when you have the outdoors to explore!! Hard to beat this location on the ranch.

Facility was great and location excellent. That said a few minor comments: would be great if there was night lights; facility was clean, but some corners and ledges could need some attention; bathroom towel bar and one of the window coverings need to be fixed.

The unit itself was comfortable, spacious, clean, and mountains and forests to feast our eyes on. We were with family, so the relationships were the best part. But, being able to do all of our activities together and having a unit where we could all fit, was very nice. We had a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at #87. Easy to find, comfortable home, lots to do. A little something for everyone.

The condo was at a great location on the tenth fairway. Easy access to all activities. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Wonderful week with family and friends.

Walking distance to Roberts Pub, and biking distance to everything else. Plenty of room for kids upstairs and bedroom on main for my husband and I.
Small kitchen and living room were sufficient for our needs, and everything was in working order. Nice deck for BBQ-ing too!
