This wonderful vacation home feels like new with upgrades throughout. A spacious 2,025 sq. ft., there's an expansive entry and many tasteful touches and colors everywhere. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, making it easy to converse with the cooks! The kitchen is updated with granite and newer appliances and all the conveniences of home. The dining room is off the kitchen. There are 3 bar stools for even more seating in the dining room.
The living room has warm, inviting hardwoods that complement the comfortable leather furniture. There is a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to during those cooler months. There are windows galore to take in all the wonderful views of the 13th Fairway.
The primary suite is spacious and has a comfy king bed. There's a door to the exterior deck and a small table and chairs right outside just perfect for that morning coffee. There is a pleasing primary bathroom with a large, jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks, all complemented by beautiful granite accents.
The elegant stairway leads to a queen bedroom with its own balcony and bunk room perfect for the kids. These bedrooms share the bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A loft has a small futon for overflow guests.
Tigerwood decking provides a spacious and impeccable area for those yummy BBQ's. The gas fireplace adds even more ambiance for lunch time or evening gatherings.

PET FRIENDLY | THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY | Please let us know if you are bringing your pet as there are added policies and agreements. A per pet/per night fee will be included in your Reservation.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
BOOKING NOTES
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

I appreciated the ample dinner ware--dishes,etc. The pots and pans need work. Some need to be removed and replaced. Missing: workable peeler and knives (or sharpener) for prepping food. We had to wash many dishes before using.
Black Butte Realty and Kendra were outstanding and there whenever we needed anything. I can't say enough about that service and will definitely want to use their rentals again!! Thank you.

Perfect house for a relaxing retreat with family. We enjoyed the nice kitchen, dining area, great room, and large deck overlooking the golf course. We also really enjoyed riding bikes on the great bike paths up to glaze meadow, the lodge, and the large open meadow. Always enjoy BBR and this house was located in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet area of the ranch. Home was nice and clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed a great Christmas break at Glaze Meadow 405. The house was large enough for our group, 4 adults, 2 kids and our dog. It snowed the entire time we were there - the property management company did a great job coming out regularly to snow blow our driveway and walkways making it easier to get in and out. The house has a great kitchen, comfy chairs/couches and lots of windows for natural light. While not a downside, the house is located in the very back of BBR. The privacy is great, however the proximity to some Ranch amenities is fairly far. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this property again.

Our stay was great considering it was the middle of Covid. The awesome management made sure everything was spotless (as always) and provided sanitizer in case we wanted to wipe down again. The house is nice, the decor is interesting and says a lot about the owners. The shag carpet is a bit unnerving because one doesn't know what it is hiding. Other than there being not enough flatware (7 forks in a house that sleeps 8) the kitchen was well equipped. The deck is lovely. The house is very well maintained.

Wonderful house.
Quiet spot, decks are situated so that you feel like you're in the middle of the forest when you are outside. Close to the Upper Pool and Glaze Meadow Golf. I would definitely stay there again.

House was great, rental experience great as well. Love that the dog got a welcome basket too! Good space, good kitchen, nice outdoor area. Very clean and in good condition. Agree with some of the other reviews that it is dark, changing out to neutral lamp shades would help tremendously. A little far from lodge etc so plan an extra 10 min to go anywhere. Would go back in a heart beat.

Overall we had a good experience. The location is quiet with easy access to tennis courts, golf course, and pool. The Ranch provides excellent amenities and activities for families with children of all ages. Our kids (ages 31 and 33) still make an effort to join us every summer, now with a 1 year old granddaughter in tow. Our main complaint is that lighting is minimal with most lamps having dark orange shades which limit the amount of light. It is enough to be a problem in the evening after sunset.

Property condition
Located at the upper part of the Ranch we could relax and get away from the crowd. New swimming pool nearby is a big plus. Only problem was the golf courses were over-watered (especially the front of the greens where there were soupy spots.
It was a great property and a great vacation.
