About
This amazing home has a lot to offer during your stay at Black Butte Ranch, and it sleeps 10! When you walk into the home you feel spaciousness (3300 sq. ft.), with its lofty ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and huge river rock fireplace. The light and bright kitchen has all the modern conveniences, has an island eating bar that seats 4, plus the dining room table seats 8; it's all open to the living room. Double doors to the large deck provide more light. There's also an enclosed courtyard off the other side of the living area.
The 1st downstairs king primary suite is beautiful with deck access and a second fireplace. The spacious primary bath has a stall shower PLUS an antique style claw footed bathtub and double sinks. The 2nd king suite has a bathroom with a shower and access to the outdoor courtyard.
Up the gorgeous staircase, you'll find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is 1 queen bedroom and another with2 double/twin bunk beds, great for kids or adults. Upstairs there's an amazing game/family room with a pool table, foosball table and tv viewing area, allowing separation for the kids or a wonderful area for the entire family to have a fun night together.
The home has a large hot tub for relaxing after a day of fun! The home is air conditioned and close to a bike path for easy access to the Glaze Meadow Rec. area. It's also down the road from the GM Pro Shop. This unforgettable Black Butte Ranch home beckons you back again and again!

BOOKING NOTES | LENGTH OF STAY | Most of our properties require a minimum stay of 3 nights in the slow season and 6 nights in the Prime season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please call us.
BOOKING NOTES | VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
BOOKING NOTES | ACCESS FEE | Your Black Butte Ranch Access Fee will be applied to your Reservation. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the nightly Rental rate and is included in your payments to Black Butte Realty Group. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.

The home was in very good condition. It had a large deck with lots of seating. The interior was very nice and lots of space. Upstairs was a pool table and foosball table which was nice. The dining room table was large so lots of seating inside, also. It was close to the Glaze Meadow Pool but if you are riding your bike the last part is uphill. Kendra at Black Butte Realty is quickly responsive to questions or requests. It is walking distance to the upper Glaze Meadow golf facilities and has a nice cafe for getting breakfast if you do not want to cook. The living room television had a large screen and the living room seating was a huge l-shaped couch that comfortably accommodated all. It was a ver nice home, especially for a larger group to stay in.

If I could choose a house in Black Butte of the many we've stayed in, this would be it. Every year we take a trip with my brother's family and it is always hard to find a space with bedrooms, bathrooms, extra space so we don't feel like we're on top of each other the entire stay. This house was perfect for us. Beautiful home, had everything we needed, kitchen was fully stocked. Management company was great answering a few questions we had. We will definitely be back next year!

We had a fabulous time! The only two things that weren't 100 percent was the upstairs single room. the queen sized bed sloped towards the middle badly. They might want to replace it. Second, the upstairs got quite hot with the 90 weather and we couldn't turn down the temperature on the air conditioning. Other than that, we loved the place. we would definitley stay there again.

I was good. There needs to be a closer look at the facilities before renting to actually determine what maintenance needs doing. Each of the three houses needed work on something or had something that didn’t work.
