MAIN FLOOR | This single level home has two living areas, two dining areas, and a large deck perfect for the whole family. The large Front room offers views of the Pine trees while sitting in front of a large Stone Fireplace. The open Family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a game/dining table, and a breakfast bar with stools. This is the perfect gathering place with the hot tub right out the back door. There is larger Dining area off the Front room with easy access between the back deck and the kitchen. Perfect for those warm summer family BBQs. The kitchen is filled with light from the wall-to-wall windows and has lots of open space. The breakfast bar opens to the Family room making it perfect for mornings with the family. This half of the home also has a bunk room, half bathroom, laundry room and the garage. The opposite side of the home has three large bedrooms. The Queen Bedroom and a bedroom with 2-Twin beds share the Full bathroom in the hallway. The large King bedroom has an Ensuite bathroom with a lot of light and a great view of the Pine forest. This home is easy to find, has a large parking area, and is on the corner a lot surrounded by forest.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | This property requires a minimum stay of 2 and 3 nights. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

This is the second time we stayed at this house, and it's really nice. It's clean, in a good location, and has a hot tub. I really appreciate that they have kleenex everywhere- key during the winter months! And I also appreciate that they don't use smell detergent for the laundry :-). My only negative on the house is that the kitchen is a bit dated in that the drawers are all a little wonky and falling apart.

The home was a great choice for our group of middle-aged golfers. The location can't be beat for access to the Glaze Meadow course (just across the road). We had six, each in their own beds, with plenty of living and dining space. The house was clean and mostly felt contemporary. Bits here and there felt dated, but the furniture was in great shape. Hot tub was clean and private. The stove worked fine, but was dated. The pots and pans were plentiful but not so organized. There were too many of the same type. All in all, a nice find.

Overall a very good experience for our family. We had 7 people and GM 235 was just the right size for us. Location is across the street from Glaze Meadow Golf Shop which was very convenient for the golfers. We would stay here again.

We were delighted to stay here. The home has all of the comforts one would expect, and then some. Kitchen very well supplied, TV's throughout the home. Lots of towels and cleaning supplies. Excellent location.

Our trip to BBR was such a great experience! Little details like the doggie welcome baskets, a fully stocked kitchen and incredibly helpful staff made us feel welcome and right at home. The floorplan was great too, with multiple dining and living rooms. Glaze Meadow 235 was perfect for our group. We look forward to the next time.

Family of 5 stayed for Memorial Day Weekend. This house backs up to the Forest yet is right across the street from the Glaze Meadow Golf Course Clubhouse. Peaceful, Serene and Convenient. Excellent layout with a great deck. Loved it!

This is a graeat house for groups and those who like to cook! We stayed for one week and none of us wanted to leave. A lovely setting beautifully appointed, nicely modernized, with plenty of room to spread out. Very homey and comfortable with a clean well maintained spa. Jody made sure that everything was as described and responded promptly to all inquiries. We have been renting at BBR for 30 plus years. And this is one of our favorite houses.
We had a lovely time in Black Butte staying at GM 235. We were a group of two families with 4 teens so great to have space for the adults as well as the teenagers. The hot tub was a hit, very clean and maintained. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. It's a private lot that backs up to forest and you can walk to the Glaze Meadow Club House. The house was clean and taken care of. Just note you need to bring pool towels. I ended up buying some at the thrift store b/c we didn't bring our own and the house had none (I actually left them there so maybe others will benefit?). Location is great for golfers, we are more of a pool/tennis/bike riding crew so the closest pool is Upper Glaze Meadow and it's a long ride to the Lodge. Overall, highly recommend.
