This is one of our most popular vacation rentals. This spacious home (5,069 sq. ft.) has welcoming Lodge/Western decor and features breathtaking meadow, mountain and lake views from most rooms. This extraordinary home embodies the essence of Black Butte Ranch and is aptly named, "Faith, Hope, and Charity Ranch."

MAIN FLOOR | The living area is open with soaring ceilings and windows showing towering pines and high-country skies and stars. Spectacular views of Heron Lake, Glaze Meadow and Pine Forest. There is a Grand wood-burning fireplace and an extra room in the living area that has a gas fireplace, game table and sitting bar with two saddle bar stools! There's a long dining table with two benches and two double captain's chairs to seat 12 diners. The kitchen has ample counter and cupboard space, gas stove, and a double oven. A cozy kitchen breakfast nook provides room for overflow diners. There's a laundry room and bonus room with two bunk beds and a huge garage. Off the living area, there's a primary suite with a Queen bed and Ensuite bathroom. The is also a Half Bathroom on the main level.
SECOND FLOOR | Separate staircases lead upstairs to a breezeway that overlooks the Great Room. The King Primary bedroom and Ensuite bathroom are at the top of the stairs. The spacious room has a walk-in closet, and a sitting area that has stunning views that are perfect for your morning coffee. The Ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub, stunning walk-in tiled shower and double sinks. The Upper Level breezeway leads to a wing featuring a game room with a pool table and a theater room with a projection television screen. Three Queen bedrooms and a second Bunk Room complete the Upper Level.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | This property requires a minimum stay of 2 and 3 nights. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four (4) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

We had four families from the four corners of the US join us in Black Butte for a week of catching up and meeting new spouses and kids. The house accommodated us with room to spare! There was plenty space for adults to gather around the fire or complete a puzzle at the game table while the kids played in the yard or one of the many gather spaces around the house. The kids loved the pool and feeding carrots to the horses. We all vowed to return again soon!

This house is great for large groups like our extended family. The absolute best part is the view from the deck. We've stayed in this house before, and happily found the kitchen better equipped than before, and with plenty of essential supplies like paper towels and dish soap, etc. Dave from the Realty Group was responsive and helpful.

We were here for a business retreat and the house was perfect; I could easily see coming back with another family or two for a holiday. The house was very well-appointed. The bedrooms were quite comfy and there were plenty of hang-out and meeting spaces. The view out the back was stunning. The kitchen had all that we needed to cook all our meals. Communication with the property manager was fantastic - he was very easy to work with and when I accidentally left something behind his team found it and made sure I got it back.

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful house for the weekend. We had plenty of room for all three families and room to spare. It was fun to watch the kids play around the pond and catch salamanders. The pool table was enjoyable for everyone. It would of been nice to take the bike out that was in the garage but it didn't damper our spirits of entertainment. We enjoyed our stay very much!

It was the perfect house for our large family. The kitchen was well furnished and the only thing is lacked was an ice cream scoop! The AC for the middle upstairs bedrooms needs to be checked as those rooms were quite warm even with the AC on. We enjoyed the big back deck.

Glaze meadow 167 is the most beautiful home we have stayed at. Our family has been coming to black butte ranch for 4 years now for our Christmas and each time we stay in a different house. This house is the one. All of us agreed we will come back to this house. The floor plan is perfect for large families, starting with the kitchen, updated and well stocked. The only suggestion I have is we needed smaller serving bowls. The dining nook was perfect for the kids and the large dining room table fit us perfectly. The main floor bunk bed room/playroom was great for the kids to play in and have their own tv. All the bedrooms (4 Queen beds, 1 king master, upstairs bunk bed room) were all nicely furnished and positioned to where everyone had privacy. All the bathrooms are updated and beautiful. We were very happy with this house!! Very clean, and comfortable. Also, for a house this large the heating system kept the house evenly heated. The only things it’s missing is board games and a hot tub. the property management team was awesome to work with.

This house is amazing. Love it, it's big and has lots of rooms. You get loss in it cause it's so big. We had 4 families stay and no one felt like they were on top of each other. Kids had their space and the adults had theirs. We had great time. We will rent this house again.
