GC099 - Pet Friendly and has Air Conditioning!! This Vintage Condo has been updated throughout. The owners have kept the family charm to keep the memories alive of decades spent on the Ranch. It has spectacular views of Black Butte and the Big Meadow Golf Course.
This 3 bedroom condo is open and bright with lots of window and is an easy walk to Roberts Pub. From there, you will find marked path's perfect for the family to take a quick bike ride to the Lodge and the Lodge Pool!
The main floor consists of a bright open living room, large dining area, and an updated kitchen. The downstairs living area is full of windows and has a large patio off the dining room. The patio deck comes complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ. From this spacious deck, you will find an amazing mountain and golf course views.
There are two downstairs bedrooms with two sets of twin beds in each room. These rooms are perfect for the little ones in your group to make your own family memories. The bedrooms are separated by a newly remodeled full bathroom.
In the upstairs loft, you will find the Primary bedroom with a King bed and a newly remodeled full bathroom. The loft has plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
There is plenty of parking at the Golf Course Condo parking area.

PET FRIENDLY | THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY | Please let us know if you are bringing your pet as there are added policies and agreements. A per pet/per night fee will be included in your Reservation.
BOOKING NOTES | LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3 nights in the slow season and 6 nights in the Prime season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

BOOKING NOTES | ACCESS FEE | Your Black Butte Ranch Access Fee will be applied to your Reservation. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the nightly Rental rate and is included in your payments to Black Butte Realty Group. Our stay on this property was very good. The location was perfect because we play golf. The kitchen had the basics. The decor was quite beautiful. One improvement might be a better refrigerator as it was either too warm or too cold. We are grateful that the owners rent their lovely home.

This beautiful little condo exceeded our expectations in every way. They did a great job with all the interior upgrades, which look brand new. Fun mix of modern and vintage decor with bright colors. Super convenient location, great view of the mountain and golf course, nice short walk to the clubhouse and restaurant, trails, lakes. Lakeside lodge and pool area is easy to reach. We slept well on the nice twin beds... the king bed upstairs is really comfortable and soft. My family and I were blown away by the generous gift basket and that great bottle of wine. Would book again in a heartbeat!
The condo in right alongside the 18th hole. Walking distance to the clubhouse at Big Meadow. The place is very clean with a very well provisioned kitchen for preparing meals. The beds are comfortable and the area is very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
