About Our Rentals

All of our homes include everything needed to make your stay at Black Butte Ranch comfortable and enjoyable. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, fireplace with firewood, television, phone, barbecue, and outdoor furniture. All of the homes have a microwave oven, cable television, DVD &/or VCR unless otherwise noted. Cleaning service is provided upon your departure.

From September 15, 2008 to May 21, 2009, most owners offer reduced rates. A cleaning fee will apply to all stays less than 5 nights.

Our present inventory of homes is listed below with sleeping capacities and bed combinations. The prices shown are per night. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Please add 8% for the Deschutes County Room Tax and Oregon State Tax. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, checks and money orders are welcome..

Please be advised that Black Butte Ranch charges a daily per person access fee (no charge for children under 7). This fee is collected at time of registration on the ranch.
