About Our Rentals

  • All of our homes include everything needed to make your stay at Black Butte Ranch comfortable and enjoyable.

Each rental home has:

  • A fully equipped kitchen with microwave
  • Linens & towels
  • Washer/dryer
  • Fireplace or wood stove with firewood
  • Television with cable and a DVD and/or VCR
  • Phone
  • Gas barbecue with propane
  • Outdoor furniture.
  • All rental properties are non-smoking.
  • A wagging dog denotes a dog friendly home. Each dog friendly home has specific restrictions and fees that apply. Additional dog friendly homes are available during the off-season – call for details.
  • Please bring pool towels with you for your personal use.
Other Fees and Charges

  • Prices shown are per night. (Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.)

  • A deposit equal to 50% of the rent is required for confirmation.

  • Add 8% for the Deschutes County Room Tax and Oregon State Tax.

  • Black Butte Ranch charges an access fee when you register at Access Registration.The current fee is $5.00 per person, per day (no charge for children under 7).

  • A cleaning fee is charged for any stay less than 5 nights. The one-time fee varies by house and is listed in the "Home Features" section on each home's page.

  • A $20 fee per dog per night applies when you rent a dog friendly home.

  • Cash, VISA, MasterCard, checks and money orders are welcome.
