Perfect family getaway

Black Butte great location ... beautiful area. House situated on lovely property, spacious, fabulous outdoor deck. Kitchen poorly equipped ... lacked colander, knives most dull, measuring cups, blender was dirty, potholders dirty. Oven heat was inconsistent. Carpets and bedding were tired.

Perfect house for a relaxing retreat with family. We enjoyed the nice kitchen, dining area, great room, and large deck overlooking the golf course. We also really enjoyed riding bikes on the great bike paths up to glaze meadow, the lodge, and the large open meadow. Always enjoy BBR and this house was located in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet area of the ranch. Home was nice and clean and well maintained.

My husband, children, and I had a wonderful time. This house had enough room for all of us and was well laid out. We appreciated that it sat deep in black butte and on a larger lot. We will definitely be back.

The beautifully appointed vacation home, the natural outdoor setting of the recreation center, the handsome horses on the morning trail ride, the bistro's menu, gift shop and spectacular mountain views, and the easy drive to charming Sisters, OR - these reasons and more make Black Butte Ranch a relaxing, delightful getaway.

The home was amazing it had everything we needed. Everything was working. The deck was lovely with a great view of the gold course! We would definitely come back and rent this house again!!!!

We enjoyed a great Christmas break at Glaze Meadow 405. The house was large enough for our group, 4 adults, 2 kids and our dog. It snowed the entire time we were there - the property management company did a great job coming out regularly to snow blow our driveway and walkways making it easier to get in and out. The house has a great kitchen, comfy chairs/couches and lots of windows for natural light. While not a downside, the house is located in the very back of BBR. The privacy is great, however the proximity to some Ranch amenities is fairly far. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this property again.

This is our favorite home to rent at the ranch. It is always clean, well appointed and in a nice quiet area.

Would love to stay here again in the future.

This is a good home for a family vacation. It worked well to have two families stay together. A great deck for outside activities and dinners. Well stocked kitchen. Being located close to the new pool & tennis courts was a real plus for our family.

Our stay was great considering it was the middle of Covid. The awesome management made sure everything was spotless (as always) and provided sanitizer in case we wanted to wipe down again. The house is nice, the decor is interesting and says a lot about the owners. The shag carpet is a bit unnerving because one doesn't know what it is hiding. Other than there being not enough flatware (7 forks in a house that sleeps 8) the kitchen was well equipped. The deck is lovely. The house is very well maintained.

This home was perfection! The house is beautiful and has everything you need, and the deck is huge, with so much seating and ample shade, and such a gorgeous view. It is also a very quite spot which we loved!

Beautiful, Comfortable property.
Would stay here again if the hot water situation is updated. Wanted to use the jetted bathtub, but there was not enough hot water.

property was updated a few years ago, but missed uploading TV HD feature, and replacing an old TV. Carpets have needed replacing for some time, and Master bedding as well and upstairs Queen "plank" mattress.

Beautiful home. We were really disappointed with the beds....all need to be replaced. Hot water went cold after 2 showers:(
Lighting was so dim as well. We travel frequently and beds/linens are of huge importance when traveling and we were definitely dissatisfied.

The house had everything that we needed for our Holiday weekend!

Wonderful house.

Quiet spot, decks are situated so that you feel like you're in the middle of the forest when you are outside. Close to the Upper Pool and Glaze Meadow Golf. I would definitely stay there again.

It was great. The house was very nice, loved the large deck and kitchen.

Great home and location. Dishwasher needs fixing. Dirty dishes unless we washed them by hand.

Nice space, quiet surroundings

House was great, rental experience great as well. Love that the dog got a welcome basket too! Good space, good kitchen, nice outdoor area. Very clean and in good condition. Agree with some of the other reviews that it is dark, changing out to neutral lamp shades would help tremendously. A little far from lodge etc so plan an extra 10 min to go anywhere. Would go back in a heart beat.

Overall we had a good experience. The location is quiet with easy access to tennis courts, golf course, and pool. The Ranch provides excellent amenities and activities for families with children of all ages. Our kids (ages 31 and 33) still make an effort to join us every summer, now with a 1 year old granddaughter in tow. Our main complaint is that lighting is minimal with most lamps having dark orange shades which limit the amount of light. It is enough to be a problem in the evening after sunset.

Located at the upper part of the Ranch we could relax and get away from the crowd. New swimming pool nearby is a big plus. Only problem was the golf courses were over-watered (especially the front of the greens where there were soupy spots.
